The Draft Plan was published on 7th February 2025 with a view of securing an agreement to launch a formal six-week consultation period at the Planning Committee Meeting on Monday 17th February 2025.
However, at the meeting, the draft CCC local plan was not approved for consultation.
Instead they requested an infrastructure delivery plan is presented to the committee to show "infrastructure first" ahead of another vote.
